Due to the raw volume of quotes I've recieved from posting that we're taking new business again I litterally can't log into eve without getting convo'd 20 times! DONT GET ME WRONG! This is an amazing response from the community and we're taking steps of hiring help! Bad news is due to the volume of orders we have currently we can't in good faith accept any new customers at the moment without jepordising our quality of service, which I'm sure a few of you have noticed as our reply time on quotes is beginning to get behind. TO ALL EXISTING CUSTOMERS Fret not. We're here for you and all deliveries will be made on time and on budget. Period. To resupply your POS as an existing customer please EVEMAIL me in game so I have a record of our contact and let me know what you need - feel free to change or alter your order in any way, its all good, we're here to take care of you and your fuel needs. The fact that we are limiting our business is FOR YOU! Maintaining our business at this point is taking 70+ man hours a week and all of us at AMRG have RL full time jobs, as well as EVE ones it seems! To summarize: - We're in business - We've got the max client load we can support - We will accept new clients once we increase our man power - We're recruiting. Let me know if you're interested - All deliveries from current clients will be accepted and processed as normal Any questions? Post them below! I mailed him a few days ago and requested more fuel without hearing a reply, then I found your post...DOH! I also posted in this thread (page 3) with a good review also so I'd like to know if I can be considered an existing customer? So in short, used you before, would like to use again if possible. Contact me if we can work something out or if I need to make other arrangements. Willing to buy enough for a couple of months if possible and make it an on going thing. Thanks, Viginti DesuSig
