RISE leadership got thier gear out with help of BOB, (although ordinary RISE members had to make other arangements) Digital Renegades have put up a fun defense, with genuine "GF's" all round, but are now self destructing their Battleships for the insurance money The Sphere Confederation have been notable by their inabilty to raise defence gangs for their home systems ISS also have given up defending their Esoteria space, Count has had to resort to threatening to kick out of the alliance anyone who doesnt show up on the battlefield, despite that more people X up for ratting gangs than the mandatory ops How the pendulam swings :)

I haven't fought RMF or SoCo enough to make a judgement, but DFC are certainly 3 steps above the likes of RISE in terms of PvP ability. You see if you are whiney, stupid and cowardly like for example RMF then many people won't view you as worthy of even being in 0.0 no matter how much space you buy, whereas groups like DR who fight and are generally good natured even if they lose, well it's a different story because people actually like having them around even if they are enemies.

We bear no resentment to the factions that liberated us from our space, I have lost too many good friends to the logistical stress in holding them to care about them. I know this sounds like bitter CEO #2894 but it is really the truth, I have no reason to lie. We would have used those ships that were self destructed to fight you if the fitting services were still online ;) and I didn't want to sell 150 battleships to our ôenemiesö :) To RSF thank you for the smack free fights, you have our respect even though we do not see eye to eye standings wise and this is not the last you will see of us. As Tozmeister said, no one needs to pick us up we can do that for ourselves, the frackup that was the NFC proved to us that we will always steer our own course throughout this galaxy. Most of RISE either stayed docked or had already left. In the fight against DR I've actually seen hostiles. They have fought. They're also pretty chill in local. So, yeah, you RMF guys are worthless in 0.0. You can't fight, you can't fit ships (thanks for the bomb launcher though), and you sure as hell can't defend space. In conclusion: I hear Portal is a fun game. "not looking good" and "not looking well" are both acceptable although I would say that good is more popular than well. You could also contract to say "It isn't looking good/well."

POS warfare is an absolute crap system and if I never see/fuel/defend/sit in/anchor/structure up/moon mine/any*****thing to do with POS's again it'll be far too *** soon. When Curse, KOS, The Sundering, FLA and others invaded us a few months back we repelled them with minimal help from our friends, but thanks RISE for all the help you did give us, and that was, for the most part, great fun. We did enjoy watching Curse's membership fall from the start of the invasion to the very end when we destroyed their last POS. We#ve been visiting KOS regularly for months now and for the most part they've been good sports. Regularly falling for the same baiting tactics but good sports nonetheless Reading this thread tonight has made me realise one thing, and one thing a day is good enough for me, I now realise that my image of the Goons is not as cut and dried as I thought. There seems to be a fair few decent people in Goons and I am now sure there are a lot more than those who've posted here. Now we regroup and have some fun without having to worry about flashing mail icons telling me/us that another damn POS needs fuel. I got into DFC after some 6 months playing EVE as some friends from my SWG days were there. I've had my falling outs with people in DFC, I am an opinionated gob**e, but I can't imagine being in any other Corp and now we are going to be the DFC I originally joined once again, it'll be all gravy from now on.
