Hello there
Just a simple question concerning this feature: placing a bounty an some1's head.
It works only on pirates (people with sec status below zero), or can it be placed on some1 with a positive sec status?
are there other parameters to take into account?

Has to be -1.0 or lower IIRC.
However, bounties are pretty much pointless in their current state. If you really want someone dead contact a corp that does that sort of thing.

English isnt a language for me, so I dont care at all.
I see it much more like a protocole of communication, it's worth nothing more and it sounds ugly.
When I want to speak correctly beautiful and "deep" languages I switch to french.

So many forum trolls whining about everyones non-perfect english, So what? so what if someone missspells a word or uses wrong grammar at some point?
Are you really that incompetent that you can't actually understand a laungage unless it's spoken perfectly? the problem isn't at our side (the non-english/american)
seems to me you just don't have anything better to say.

dont place a bounty.
the criminal will just pod him self and get your money.
hire mercs. theyŚre more expensive but your target will suffer
also, misplelling isnnt looaked dwn upon in frorums, but mny peaple look douwn upon 1337 speek. sumuone wont be ridiculed but some1 will be.
me? i dont care, but others do.

The biggest thing I care about is clarity of speech. This means no horrible mis-spellings, and the effective use of paragraphs. A giant block of text for me = a skipped thread.
And yeah, bounties are worthless. Too easy to have an alt/friend collect the bounty.
