kenna holcolm Minmatar Roid-Raiders Anti-Pirate Coalition	Posted - 2007.10.18 18:35:00 - [1] we in the Anti-Pirate Coalition here by declare war on all piracy in the region known as molden heath. we will be aiding the local forces fight off the forces of corruption and evil to make your stay in our area a good one. anyone found not operating under the following Rules Of Enagement (hereby known as ROE0 will be shot and ruthlessly hunted. Rules of engagement: 1) No one's a pirate unless: a) They attacked someone unprovoked b) Have a minus -5 sec rating. c) Belong to a known pirate corp. or are self proclaimed pirate. 2) Any mistakes that breach the above and result in ship destruction are recompensed by the attacker. you may call us carebears, you may call us griefers, hell some would call us pirates for enforcing this ROE. however this is the local ROE, and is the best known ROE for anti-pirates. all nuetrals are welcome, those found not conforming to this as said before will be shot. if your corporation or alliance is planning on moving to, or already is in the area, then please message me in game and i will make sure you will be safe. if at any point you are found pirating, standings will be changed. sincerely, Kenna Holcolm <-APC-> FC DOWN WITH THE YARRRRR!!! You are too much docked most of your members just log in, and never undock.... If you want to begin to protect your 'space' you gonna need to undock and do some pew-pew. anyways I hope we gonna meet on the battlefield Dock Safe for now! and btw (this is my main)

One potential weakness in your ROE that might lead to you attacking neutrals/other anti-pirates; Quote: b) Have a minus -5 sec rating. As you can see from your own sec status, your flagged. Most active anti-pirates engage daily in low sec fighting, and it doesnt take long before you are an outlaw. A large portion of CVA (and law obiding Amarr Empire citizens) are neg sec/outlawed, so sec status should only be a warning flag. Not instant KOS. Keeping a detailed KOS list of known agressors helps (set standings).
