Bereye - Everyshore
Early today at the Emerald Hall of the Renit-Tramonge Hotel in Bereye IV, the CEO of Lutin Group, a privately owned Gallantean based capsuleer corporation, announced the acquisition of all assets and shares of Selinir Industries including their executive officers and employees.
With the core activity of Lutin centered around Research and Datacore production, the announcement came as a surprise to many, since Selinir Industries is an established manufacturing corporation in Essence. Analysts and consulting firms mentioned multiple reasons for the acquisition, however logistical problems will probably arise as now the Corporation will have to spread into two neighboring regions, Everyshore, current center of activities for Lutin, and now Essence.
With Selinir Industries being valued at 3 billion isk in products and materials stock, the acquisition process will take place in steps, as Lutin Group have used extensive loans with Garoun Investment Bank to secure the transaction.
In the press conference Bruno Bonner, CEO of Lutin, expressed:
"This acquisition is a major step forward for us as we integrate ourselves into the Essence Market, we will not stop existing business lines for Selinir, and in fact will concentrate our efforts on keeping the delivery agreements on schedule, so former clients will not notice any difference.
Selinir experience in the manufacturing process and market knowledge will greatly increase the capabilities of Lutin Group to generate new business lines, while also providing research capabilities to Selinir engineers, a field they needed in order to improve their operations."
In closing, many questions were raised involving a future IPO or the selling of shares in the stock market, but all were negatively answered, as Mr Bonner clearly stated the intent to remain as a private owned corporation.

As the CEO of Selinir Industries I speak for the employees of Selinir Industries to say we look forward to continuing our work to supply the Federation with necessary materials during these troubled times. We hope to lend our expertise to help the Lutin Group expand as a premiere research and manufacturing corporation.
We expect little disruption in our existing supply lines but ask anyone who is adversely affected by this action to be patient as we expect this acquisition to allow us to expand our business in ways we could not have on our own.
Thank you. |

Dark Intentions Corporation (DKIN) salutes the Lutin Group on its recent successfull aquisition. While not fully supportive of its seemingly politicized stance, DKIN looks forward to improved market exploitation within the New Eden cluster and new opportunities for trade between Lutin and DKIN extending the freedom of choice emboddied in a selection of fine products suited to the discriminating pilot.
DKIN is a fully acredited, privately held, research and manufacturing firm specializing in small and medium body specialty ships for discriminating pilots in the Metropolis and Heimatar regions.
