I been doing mining missions for my various agents. I have listed here it should consist of 50% mining and 50% trade missions. I have done about 15 missions and have yet to see any sort of mining mission offered to me.
I did see the new revision coming out will be delivering mining missions.
Does this mean mining missions been removed presently from the current revision?

I believe mining missions were actually removed many patches ago, though I can't remember why exactly. They are of course supposed to be coming back in the next patch as you have noticed.

Awww, so than the mining missions as it stands do not give any chance for an actual mining mission, not even a measly 5% chance?

No, the Mining Divisions do not have mining missions. The story I heard was that it became too easy for people to just grind standing for ISK (buying ore off the local market and just pounding out missions with no time sink).

hehe, standing for isk...
now really back then there was a time when you could buy sec rating for isk from your agents

Heh, couldn't they send you out for Chondrite or something else not on the market? 
I guess even if the ore required isn't market listable, there would still be exploits available through contracts. Still, perhaps if the mission contained exactly the required amount of ore with no surplus (and no respawn obviously), then the only way that ore of this type could make it onto contracts would be if people were deliberately failing missions.
If the demand was high enough and the supply was low enough then the price would be attractive that some people would risk losing standing to do this (I imagine there are some people who will pay more or less any money to get standing once they decide they want/need it). So long as missions of different levels yielded a different kind of ore, I don't think this would be a problem particularly - the shady underground world of mission-ore dealing through contracts would be pretty small, and there wouldn't be any 'free' standing as ore could only be sold if a mining mission had been failed because of it. And if different level missions had different ores, there would be no recycling of disposable alts to get ore from a level 1 mission and sell it to the standing-hungry level 4 runners.

Youll notice that list hasnt been updated in a while, too. Trust no one.
