I have been running LV 4 missions for a while now and have no problem completing them , i am getting bored with them to be honest
I was wondering if you could do Lv 5 solo if no is there any rats bigger than a BS in eve and if so where can i fined them

L5 have capital rats, yes.
Most (or at least some) L5s cannot be done solo (being in a deadspace which prevents capitals and having enough firepower to pwn even the toughest solo CNR).

Some missions have either a good deal of Energy Neutralizing towers (so bye-bye any active tank you might have, have to go full passive on them or risk annihilation) or simply have way too many opponents around (so not even full Crystal + Gist X-type fit could help you survive long enough).
Only a small number of L5s can be even attempted solo, let alone succesfully completed in a timely fashion by a non-capital (and annoyingly enough, most of the L5 missions don't even allow capitals inside in the first place).

Well if i run with a logistics alt it should be doable in a "single" ship ?

Provided you somehow manage to get the logistics in right after the main tank and start the repairs, before he gets blown up and after he got full aggro, and provided none of the reinforcement waves decide to go after your logistics... then yes.
But it's a strech

To put it another way, level 5s were never intended to be solo activities. They are pretty much designed so you can't do them alone, and need to bring 2 or more friends.
Whether or not the profits are enough to make this worthwhile is another matter of course...

A ship that is capable of doing the missions (realistically a BC/HAC and upwards), the skills to fly and fit said ship reasonably well, and knowing how to do each mission. Can't beat that combo

HAC stands for heavy assault cruiser, though they are actually listed in-game as heavy assault ships.

what about getting a nano ship with fighters assigned? :) fly around taking all the agro and let the fighters do all the dirty work, might take a while but what do you expect

Have anyone already the some experience with soloing of 5 lvl?
I get yesterday my first mission from caldari navy agent, in Otsasai lowsec space.
Shattle recon:
Angel cruise missile battery x5 (55000 ISK)
Angel neutralizer sentry III (without any bounty)
Angel stasis tower (35000 ISK)
Arch Gistum breaker x4 (225000 ISK)
Arch Gistum Centurion x3 (281250 ISK)
Arch Gistum Liquidator x6 (258750 ISK)
Arch Gistum Marauder x3 (247500 ISK)
Gist Cherubim x3 (1.116250 ISK)
Gistatis Legatus x8 (153700 ISK)
Gistatis Tribunus x3 (146250 ISK)
Tower Sentry angels III x4 (70000 ISK)
So I think, for passive tank Drake with explosive, kinetik and thermal resists, mission would be not so hard. But my drake was killed by gang of 11 battleships in 1 jump from dest, some later...

Solo in a battleship is a good way to lose a few billion ISK, depending on pimpage. A command ship does not fare well against a neut tower 
Remember you'll need a cyno account to self-cyno a carrier to a mission area, or you'll just have to get it delivered to the station you run your missions out of and only accept lvl 5 in-system missions.
Solo in a carrier isn't always easy, too!

Well there might be a lvl 5 that you can do solo. But you would just not have a good reward of such a easy one... and the bigger missions with the better rewards (more bounty)you canŠt do solo
I was flying a pretty though lvl 5 yesterday. We had 3 ships,a max passiv tank abaddon,a 6 large remote rep guardian and a maelstrom for dmg
The abaddon was nearly down by the time the guardian warped to him,the dmg was extrem,for 2 mins he was entering hull several times...
Means no chance of solo,not in the best ship in the game,and even if you could... it would take ages.
By now iŠm pretty sure you can make the same amount of money or a bit more than flying lvl 4 when doing these ones with 3 guys,because then you are pretty fast
There is also an idea about doing them with two guys... i didnt tried,but for the ones were you could enter with a capital:
a revelation and a huggin with 3 webs and target paint will kick ass. The dread in siege should tank good enough and will kill the tripple webbed and painted bs with ease
