Recently deathstar has lost a considerably large amount of bistot / crokite from a conquerable station. The ore has been totally secure as regards to access, the minerals were moved from one station to another (both conquerable, from a cloning station to a refining station)
Suddenly 10k bistot / 10k crokite has disappeared without any reason why. We've looked in everyones hangers in both stations, just incase a bug has happened whereby stuff is moved (which has happened to me personally before, I suddenly had 3 frigates in my ship hanger that belonged to someone else, that didnt have security status to put it there) but to no avail.
But I know full well the ore reached the refining destination because I saw the ore with my own eyes, yet the next day it disappears, then that day more is moved from the cloning station to the refining station and that also disappears shortly after being moved (a further few thousand spod and crokite).
We received a response from a GM saying they couldnt do anything, and we were just wondering if anyone else has experienced this random loss of items from stations.

Not from a station, but I had a hidden/secret spot where I put a gaint secure can. A place to put extra ammo and missiles, (just in case).
When back the other day and it was gone

I'm sure I've seen things skip hangars in non-conq stations too, but couldn't replicate it :-/

We expierianced exactly the same thing on Satarday Toulak!
What seems to be happening is a player from an alliance corp with viewing rites to your hanger can refine your ore and due to a 'bug' the minerals are refined into there hanger.
We raised a petition and gues what CCP said.....we cannot help you
We now refine all out ore as it is put into our hangers, this has cost us 70 million Isk

Are you sure this is definatly what happened?
If thats the case its bang outa order for CCP not to refund, when clearly is a major bug.

So the if a player has the Security Officer role, and is from the corporation that has conquered the station they can refine your ore somehow?
I'd expected that the ore was just being lost somewhere, the station owners dont have that kind of power do they?

One of our members raised petition about this as soon as it happened, I'm currently waiting for the details from the CCP relpy to be mailed to me.
What I do know is they said this is not an exploit and closed the petition.
I will post more details when I have them.

ive had a full RAVEN vannish from the most secure corp-hanger, after a month of investigation i found out there is no other explenation then that it just vannished...
so i petentioned it, awaiting my "we dotn have the logs" awnser.
and my "f*ck you!" awnser.
