Rammstein does it for me - as does pretty much any hardstyle or decent trance track.

Queens of the Stone Age and The Eagles of Death Metal. Not always purely fast tempos per say, but strong beats. --------

Depends, sometimes just flicking on the radio to some classic rock station will do, but commercials make you lose your "workout buzz". Like Carth said start it off with Eye of the tiger you will feel like the king of the world. Maybe some Foreigner "hot blooded" or "cold as ice" Anything really. Depends what your into, but keep it going until your done the workout, even mix up the songs a little with different types, toss some Billy Idol in there and if you really want to get going turn on slipknot . Good luck.

For working out, I can heartily reccommend Foreigner's 4th album... erm... Foreigner 4.
It's actually fairly slow, but bear with me because there is method in my madness.
I found that if I double timed it, it was good for fast reps with lighter weights back when I bothered trying to stay in shape, and if you're doing heavy weights and slow sets to build muscle rather than stamina, it's perfect.
Also, it contains the classic tracks "Juke Box Hero" and "Urgent" and I'd say it's one of the top ten rock albums of the 80s and a must own for anyone with even vaugely rock leanings.
It's also an excellent album for driving to.
