Log onto serenity and show the people of the Greater Republic how to play eve. Think: 3000ppl and all that unusued space, the chaos, the pod kills. 
Why can't we? Are there laws in China that prohibit foreigners from being in contact with chinese nationals over the internet? I don't understand why logging onto serenity is not an option. 
Its not like they're no Chinese people on TQ and as I understand it alot of players from the greater chinese territorys play too.

I dont think it is allowed - we might give the Chinese people notions of what it is like to run your own life outside of a communist state.

I'm 90% sure that you can. The thing is they have strict laws about law, religion, and stuff. Mainly the normal backstory of EVE is why they aren't supposed to come here. However, I don't think there's anything keeping us from going there. I could be mistaken though

Unlikely to be 'national firewalls'. Here in the UK, there are lots of Chinese students at university.
More likely the Chinese are very enterprising and they would start selling us ISK at really low prices!

As far as I've heard, if you can read Chinese, there's nothing stopping you from playing there.
Although, you'd probably have to have a different account since there's that second company.
