Just asking because I just purchased every rig BPO in the game. I have a crapton of salvage from mission running and need something to do with it all
I know from reading the Ships and Mods forum that speed rigs are the most sought after; but I don't have many trit bars...so....
Any other thoughts on what I can build that won't languish on the market?

1. Polycarbon Engine Housings are essential for anyone who wants to go really fast, and will fetch a premium. 2. Capacitor Control Curcuits are useful for any mission-running ship. 2. Trimark Armor Pumps and Auxiliary Nano Pumps are popular due to the large quantity of armor-tanked ships in PVP.

Don't forget Purger rigs for all passive tanked boats... and projectile ambits (does wonders to an AC fit)... and last but not least, the probe scan time rig (forget what's it called, something graviton blah blah something). _

Cargo Hold Optimization rigs sell for loads due to scarcity of Alloyed Trit Bars.

Your best bet is to mock up a spreadsheet with the amounts you could sell the salvage parts for, the amounts you can sell the rigs for (sell order or buy order price, your choice), and how many of each part it takes you to make the rig. Get it to calculate the sell value of all the parts involved in making the rig.
Then you can see which ones are worth the most compared to their parts. If you don't have high production skills, you might get more money by just selling the parts.
People who are serious about industry in the game use spreadsheets like this for a lot of things, e.g. I've got one that works out how valuable each of the types of asteroids are per m3, both raw and refined (taking all my skills and my standing at the refining station into account) given the per unit value of the asteroid ores and the refined minerals, and a whole lot of fixed data (ore unit size, ore refining tables). nullnull |

Edited by: Jamier Legov on 23/10/2007 15:27:33 Also, check out http://eve.grismar.net/rigs/index.php, in game, go to the "Rigs" menu. It will help you calculate what rigs you can build using the salvage you have on hand.
Though creating your own spreadsheet long term is better...

Fair warning: I don't think that there's been a new data dump since armor plates and trigger units were made ingredients. The list of possible builds will not take this into account.
