You guys constantly hear of lag issues but yet you add new effects like lights and cool gizmos and doo- da's to the game, great and all, but for the total 35 k players that play game mabey 5000 have a computable comps. that is able to run eve on even a reliable and constant dependency that is playin the game. Ive been up to my neck with automated messages like the warp to 0 in 0.0 not workin what is it you must be with in 600 m's in order to dock but the warp to 0 command can land you a variety of distances that taken in had with the lag generated by just a substancal number of people in local can cause you to suffer the most feare deaths of deaths , but never fear people CCP has now , and since i can remember has automated message to ansewer any petitions that are not within the bondries that are set by the MOds for changeing and devopement. Ok i understand by adding game code ( im not a computer guy by far) but going off what i see and have seen day to day for over a year so far can change exsisting code and form glitches and what not's but rather than fix em you just add to the problem's wow make the game even longer and thus you make more money for skill traning for somthing new and great ok, thats how the money makin scheme works, but fix what had been a concurrent issue for years now LAG, create a dual server, so eve is a small congestion compared to other MMORpgs, mabey divide the powers, thus spread the propaganda of cheatin assisting character created corps/ alliances, and just on avarage drop the lag. I get told that CCP new blade server mumbo - jumbo is in one of the greatest in the world and that all is fine but you cant make a simple number work anywhere in the game 0<1 becomes a sit. in anywhere in the game lag is doomed to follow , is this right?. Great new features and a FREE EXPANSION set is in rte to your desktop, this game is so great and your hadware so advace why not charge accordingly? because mabey you cant handle what you got? And to keep players oblivious to these very old problems you creat new features, and false promises to do this or that. WOW train missile bombardment (exp.) with is an extra week, then train bombnig to 4 to effectily use the weapon, what is the lag vs traning time ive wasted? and am i only contributing to a constatnt problem? YES I AM AS WELL AS OTHERS FED UP, dont induce new game enhacements, rather fix old problems that have been plagueing since the dawn of this game? then mabey proceed with all these great lag*** inspiring actions and events make this trail and error not error and repeat error till we make all the cash on this product that we can. I look foward to a few options , others views, and though longer than inteended , im shure there are others out there that feel the same as i do as i hear there *****ing in local daily. I will continue to make eve pay for itself as i feel you are undeseving of my hard earned dollar, sit at your desk, continue to push the button that is the ansewer to all your probs. (auto mesages)continue to be oblivious the obvious to mabey *pretend that you are creating a fun, hassle free cyber enviroment, that is the Universe that is EVE online but the one's who count , the players know better, know how to began to make this game more profitable for you ( cause lets face it thats why you do this, not provide a service but make some banging ass money) For once take the players opions in hand along with the DEVS mabey stop the bull****, and lets counterbalance the good with the bad , and I'll be willing to bet that people complain less and enjoy more ( meaning more profit for you guys).
These are my opions , Views, and beleifs that can and mabey make this game more

lol its trickery , a false image to sustain the fact. blob you i did with all kinds of options, sorry , and ive tried to edit like 3 times now, im done just wanted to blow off some steam and mabey get an diffenrt ansewer for a change |

CCP even with tons of 'isks', isn't enought to buy servers that can to cope with our current 'blob' warfare as the hardware doesn't exist (yet) to process such data, maybe high end clustering using infiniband as they stated once (for 2008! Waiting for that one CCP )!
Now sit and wait for trinity II in rev 3 SoonÖ, biggest problem with eve atm is theat all the graphics is basically process by your CPU and not your Video Card, meaning if there is a blob i.e 500 ships your CPU get clogged/overlaoded at once and cannot procees other data! This needs to go, get offloaded to another computational yardware (your video card)! That is with Trinity II, my guess is we should see a real performance gain when it will hit our pcs next month! Can't wait really! 
And for love of god... understand how thigns work before whining, such post are way too often on eve-o! 
p.s, use paragraphs next time!

but anyway CCP stopped caring about 0.0 a long time ago and only made it worse with station services and recent additions
performance on the server side is ****, the grid loading was NOT fixed (they tried but it was a failure) many suggestions where made and ignored about 2+ years ago they where talking about dynamic load balancing and still no sign of it multi core usage/balancing is also missing
max player count on tq is telling the true story of Eve atm (anyone remember when there where weekly records?)
long term bugs/exploits arn't fixed (station undock bouncing, pvp flagging)

The bulk of lag in EvE is not the tq server, generally what many ppl perceive as server lag is (unusually) their ips or (pretty dam common) their pc.
I agree at time the server just does crap out on us, but 9 times out of 10 i can have 500 ppl shooting each other and no server lag, or i would if i had a quad core. You say you are not a computer person yet you argue points which could only be valid if you were so for arguments sake we will overlook this small hick-up.
Idk if you understand this or not but eve is the only game you have installed in the past 3 years that did not ask you to install direct x9, or 8 for that matter. Everything is done on the cpu, that shiny gpu you bought does nothing but move the image from the cpu to the screen. bottom line you have a good pc it will crap all over eve in the "blob" warfare.
Heck half the ppl in eve don't have a dx9 card in their desktops but they still tell ccp to fix lag rather than their pcs. You are playing an online game, there will always be minor lag. If you are continually dying in large fight the problem is your line/pc not the server if everyone else is shooting away fine.
Oh, and these fancy new lighting effects are the same ones that were in bf 3 years ago, they arn't new and they will balance load unlike the current stone-age engine .

Well said. Especialy the fact about max player count in last months. Its not growing as it did before. Maybe someone will weake up already there and do order ppl to do right things. New shiny stuff with Trinity will bring new players but everything you said will remain unfixed :( Future is sad if talking about good changes, at last that next year. Well see...

Their is no lag on CCP's private test server, therefor their is no lag in EVE.

You know, with a Pentium III-400 and a GeForce 400MX you can play the game - but you can definetely not demand that the game is lag-free... Now, with new content, having a slow and last-century machine is your fault - do something about it.
The problem with lag has never been CCPs fault - the problems are with DSL and the ISPs. I talked to a few users that have Fastpath - it's a simple deactivation of the DSL Error Correction. That mechanism takes up to 120 ms to look into the data you receive. Well, not that this technology creates about 90% of the lag, it is also 100% unnecessary. TCP/IP was invented to work without that technology. The technology is robust enough to work without correction at all times. -- The future begins now - in EVE we live it, in real life we create it!
