Hang on... you people shock me! Why wouldn't darth let me in when I play fair, never leave the battlefield until dead! Come on chaps my issue still stands.
I've been ganked numerous times and it's never bothered me... until I get various convo's... you weren't there so please refrain from posting and making yourself look stupid.
It's quite easy to make it out in a Claw... wait 30 seconds (make sure you've set you AP to the gate you come from), hit approach, hit the MWD... hit the armour rep and DC II and hit the AP... 2 seconds max.
Quite hard though when you have a fair few convos.. or will the pilots use the same excuse as the pilot in the previous system which I didn't petition:

I fought TCF in Tribute for a long period of time and in that period i saw and participated in many heated and pitched battles against them while with Morsus Mihi
i saw one curious thing and that was a load of shuttles at a pos whether intentional or not i dont know but;
i never saw any smack, multiple convo's or anything that can be regarded as being against game mechanics or against the EULA.
in fact in those days while i was with Morsus Mihi, when TCF left Tribute we actually missed them as good all round opposition.
from what i saw and experienced of TCF they were a honorable and formidable opponent which i will always respect.

One week before TCF attacked Tribute, less than 10 people knew that the target would be Tribute. At this time, there were no "warp to 0Km", and we needed to have bookmark sets (which were a pain to duplicate, were truncated, wrong bookmarks...). Once we were in D7, we had to share these bookmarks, and without corporate hangars (we lived for weeks in space), the best place was... shuttles. Not aimed to be lag bombs. Not meant to be destroyed :)

Why don't you sort this out with TCF, really?
Petitions won't get you nowhere, it happened to me, petitioned it and nothing happened.
The same dudes need to be petitioned so many times it's not worth the effort.
Just click auto-reject and that's all.

i hate to report bad things about allies and all, and i do have some friends in tcf, but...
when i was in solidline and we were fighting against tcf in tribute in aid of morus mihi, one of our coverts scan probed out a deep space safe spot in d7- while it was lagging a rediculous amount for the number of ppl in local. what he found was thousands of shuttles belonging to tcf. he then petitioned and a gm came into local and found tcf copying bookmarks in a safe spot and the shuttles, he then told us he would handle the situation and thats the last we heard of it short of the shuttles all dissapearing and the lag subsiding.
like i said i hate to bring this up, but ive been victim of some of the tactics certain members of tcf on many occasions...

Had issues with convo attacks once, in the middle of a fight. I just added few alliances to my blocked list and the problem was solved.

if any section XIII pilots do a convo spam, we will do some severe sanction on them.
send us the proof of this ( logs are okay )
we don't need to convo defenseless peeps to kill them.
we find a target, we kill him, that's all.
sadly, you don't seem to understand that you were outgunned, and try to find a "exploit reason" for your death, beside that you did a mistake.
when you see several hostiles in a system, don t try to play with them, and then, cry when they catch you..

ps : if you want a good 1V1 figth. i will give you it with pleasure, but, don t cry again when you will loose your ship.

Given certain TCF corporation members history with CELES, im pretty dissapointed.
The man behind Soul Huntress is a very long standing CELES member (who is a eyesocket shagging muppet who drinks and drives like a sheila btw). Think he lost ~3bn to this gank.
