As the 650 'Scout' and the 720 'Scout' are different which is best is a matter of opinion. When you cant stack Damage mods like a biatch on a cruiser id rather have the 650. In any case take your unnecesary trolling elsewhere.

I wouldn't complain m8 trolling = bumps tbh.
And yeah i am aware of the effectiveness of stacking damage mods but i like to have some variety in my low slots. My point was that u claimed that the 650 scout was the best projectile in the game which i and u later clarified its a matter of opinion meaning your first post was very misleading for anyone not clued up, noob sfro example. Maybe you should of stated that it was merely your opinion and base stats wise the 650 is not the most powerful gun for a cruiser which is what i and most would expect such a comment to mean. Especially when paying millions for a gun you think is the best you can have for your cruiser just to find a 720 one day letter and crying.

Simply because the damage mod on a 720mm Scout is higher than on a 650 it is not a better gun. This is because the fitting reqs (I believe) are worse and the ROF is atrocious. As such when you CANNOT stack damage mods (as on a cruiser when you need RCUs or Power Diags to fit things often) the 650 is better. You can say its a matter of opinion if you want, but the last time i checked whatever someone states is indeed their opinion (whether or not it seems implicit that they are claiming it is objective).
