CCP, what the hell is going on? 2 corpies have green smiley faces showing up in overview/ui. They aren't even in the same area in RL. Help channel, someone mentioned hearing about this problem...

I also have this issue. I have found a way to reproduce it.
Whenever I lock a target, right as the lock finishes, the smiley appears in the lock countdown bar.

We've know about this problem and have plugged it, since it's obviously more annoying than anything else. This wasn't an isolated case, as it could appear anywhere ...
Consider this to be a goner when Trinity hits TQ.
