If a huge amount of isk shows up in your wallet and *you* petition it, as long as you're honest with the GMs then you generally don't have much to worry about. They take the isk and you continue playing. If you go and are like "OMG FREE ISK!?!" and spend it, then you'll probably be in it deep.

i did something to an isk seller once (i petitioned him right after) and a mod said if i did ti again he would *****slap me so yeah dont do it
IIRC you blackmailed some kid who bought ISK - made him buy you a battleship from the dirty money with a threat that you would shop him to the GMs if he didn't. So he bought you a BS and you still turned around, stabbed him in the back and shopped him anyway. Way to go hero.
