So, we met at New Caldari Prime, the planet. I warped in, he was already there. ABed, I released my drones - heard rumour that they liked tp use non-wt gang member, let him shoot first. Had him in structure before he had me to 1/4 armour. Then came his friends from Project Nemesis, at least 4, not sure if they were all Project Nemesis, wasn't willing to wait to find out.

Jeeze, talk about overkill for an easy pwn without a whole lot of profit. *LOL*
And 1v1... state your terms. No scrams, no ECM, whatever. Make a safespot, invite the challenger to your gang. If he scrams you, leave when you can. If he drops from gang pretty much expect to die very soon afterward.
Whenever I get this silly little request I always respond the same: Industrial combat. No big loss if they dishonour it, and they look damned foolish dishonoring a fight between indies.

I felt I didn't need to state the terms, except the 1 v 1, ECM wouldn't've bothered me, my drones were my DPS dealers.
And in my defense, I was mostly T2 fitted, minus the AB and the neuts/nos. Probably 10M loot, enough that if they decided to break the 1 v 1, which they did, I would still have a good fit, but not so much that I would be too upset - so it was a throwaway.
My terms were 1 v 1. Very open, nos/neuts/ecms are allowed, just no extra people.

Also, Tyrunus just broke a 1 v 1 with one of my other corp mates - I wasn't on to warn them about the lack of honour... unfortunately.
Also, the alliance may be, but I am not. Revocks died just after he got me into armour, and before I died I almost took out one of the AFs. Wasn't bad for a cruiser for a race that I am not specced in.

Your corpmates have yet to kill anyone who is in my gang, infact your corp mates have run and docked when my gangs come in - despite the small size of 2-4 people, against your three who were in the system in a Deimos/Myrmidon/Omen that is not much... Keep running? And from gangs of shuttles, been running for a long time before they realized what they were...
Most of your kills are from those who do not choose to listen, despite my efforts. I take no responsibility for them (actually, since I have no leadership position in the corp - I don't NEED to take any responsibility), but for my corp members, I would like to know the stats (seriously, it would help me find out who didn't listen to what I told them). Not trying to provoke there...
Finally, you are working together with another corp, saying you only have 6 players is an insult to your fellow gangmates. With 44 people (not sure the actives) you probably have a significant more active than in our corp, not all of them are in empire, and the same with the alliance.
But we are not discussing any of that. I want to go back to how your pilots lack honour. Breaking 1 v 1s? Wasn't too long ago that it was something you just didn't do, respect was important (or was it...?).

Simply put, you challenged me, a 2 month old character, because you knew you could easily kill me. The fact that I got you into 1/4... yikes, says a lot about ya;)
As it goes, sure, if someone wants to duel, I'm totally cool with it. I've dueled many people, we go to armor, and then we back off. We test set-ups with people in our local all the time.
If a war target wants to fight, then we fight. I don't care about your pseudo-honor crap. We're not friends. You're a red star, and red star doesn't count into the 'honor' category. Can't handle it? Then leave your ridiculously pathetic corp. Honestly, if we weren't raking you guys over the coals so badly, you wouldn't be posting this now would ya?

This sounds like it's less about someone not honoring a 1v1, and more about someone losing a cruiser to bait. Looking at the killmail, you were perfectly setup to take out an AF. Small nos and neut? I don't fly Vexors but can't you fit med neuts? Anyways, your drones alone would have pwned him if he wasn't gonna warp out. Instead he tackled you and let his buddies finish you off.
Trading a vexor for an AF is a good trade. Especially a crappy T1 fitted vexor. You should be happy.
