Ello there,
With the new T2 BS coming out, im tempted by both of the matari ships. I have a list of skills for the Vargur, but has anyone found anything about skills for the Panther?
Im asking now so that I can get a start on training and buy one when there 10,000% of their normal price

I am very happy to see it only requires level IV for cloaking. That makes much more sense, in keeping it inline with the other covert ships. :)

But it decreases the locking delay after decloaking! ... wait the locking delay on Black Ops is 0 seconds... times 0.5 is still 0 seconds oO

not to mention it'll help as well on that carrier/mothership that you have a cloak on, before the dev-mentioned carrier "nerf".

It helps with the targeting time for any ship outside of the Stealth Bomber and the Black Ops, when using a cloak (and having just decloaked).

Nice! Instead of waiting 20 days (Covert 5) I can jump right into one. Hopefully, it stays this way. Thanks for the info!
