I think what he was trying to say is whats the point of having perfect gunnery when ur not perfect else where. your like that guy who has all the ship command skills to 5. including all race titan to 5. while his other skills are beyound crap. again great for him but means nothing to add its value.
since u have not had an offer of close to 70b, i am guessing everyone agrees.
2nd i wouldn't waste my isk to give u a profit. if this was ur toon originally i might think different but you buying it then try to resell it for 20b++ is a joke.

For 121M sp, I would expect to have thermodynamics V, along with a bunch of other stuff. The gunnery SP is completely wasted on this toon, and he was worth much closer to what you originally paid for him. |

Its worth what people will pay for it, which based on the last time this character was sold, is closer to 50 than 70B |
