Right now, I'm seeing Goonfleet as having a "Domination Value of 100%" against RISE. It's calculated by the number of SOV4 systems lost by each side. Any feedback on my evaluation metrics would be greatly appreciated.

Alliances falling apart, numbers dropping massively. While bob's slowly go up as the hoover up all the disgruntled few pvpers. Overall it makes for an excellent recruitment policy. For Bob that is, for the pet alliances it just makes sure your alliance will wither and die. Funny enough there are now no longer any Bob allies in the top ten outpost owning alliances too....
