NEW SERVICE: Alliance Creation
Kat VonHeise is my alt that does this service.
If you look at her stats she has:
Ethnic Relations IV
Corporation Management V
Megacorp Management V
Empire Control V
Sovereignty III (IV by 10/31)
Reasons Why I Should Do This Rather Then You:
1. Time:
It will take you two-three months to train your person to get to Sovereignty. Time you could train on combat or other skills rather then on a skill you will probably only use once.
2. Money:
It costs 500m to purchase Sovereignty. Yes... I had to think hard and long before I pushed the button to buy this. (It will take me over five jobs just to break even) Why would you buy it for one job?
There are two ways for this to work:
I Make Your Corporation From Scratch
a. I create new Corp
b. You send me 1b ISK for the CCP fee
c. I create new Alliance
d. I bring your alt into corp
e. You then transfer to me my fee
f. I make your alt CEO
g. I leave corp
We Use Your Existing Corporation
a. You remove all corp ISK from corp, except 1b ISK for the CCP fee
b. I join your corporation
c. You make Kat CEO
d. I create the new Alliance
e. You transfer to Kat her fee
f. I make your character CEO again
g. I leave your corp
Yes you will have to trust me with a billion isk. There is no other way for this to work. If you look at Kat's other business and her history you will see that she has raised the factional standings of over 40 or so corporations. Many of them have left hundreds of millions of isk and items in hangers that were untouched when they came back: indeed I never even looked. One person left a billion isk in his corp wallet and said to take my fee out of that. I did and he had the remainder when I left his corp.
There are those who want to become known as The Thieves Of Eve and there are those who look to be known for the opposite: and I am one of the latter.

The normal fee is 150m.
I will wave this fee for the first corp that states they want my service here on forums or via email (I will check the date stamp to see which corp has asked first)

Fitz / Kat finished with my Caldari Standings for my alt corp and Alliance Creation for my main corp today.
He was great to do business with. In creating my alliance, he put up with my last minute changes with grace. He was polite, helpful, and communicative.
I trusted him with a billion ISK today, and I wound't think twice before doing it again.
