Limit the amount of fighters a carrier / MS can deploy BASED on the sec status of the system...ie in low sec u can release only 5...in 0.0 back up to the max value we have today...
This idea is based on the assumption u dont want low sec, solo, MS fighter bombing and is the issue you are trying to address..

I usually don't get sick of things but this is the single stupidest idea I've EVER seen on these forums. 
*Edit* Actually that was uncalled for... it's the 2nd most stupid idea ever. The first being the people crying over insurance payouts over suicide ganking and comparing it to real life insurance

Get a grip...CCP are going to f_u_ck carriers....may aswell be in a fashion thats less f_uC_ked up than their proposed idea
