I've seen that there are changes coming in a few other posts, but I can't seem to find them in any patch notes or dev blogs. Can someone please point me to where I can find the torpedo changes that are coming?

I'm assuming the torp changes that are supposed to up damage by 33% and make them useless in missions was made up by someone, because I still can't find anything but vague references. Plus people have avoided this thread like the plague. I guess I should whine if I want attention like 99% of the other threads.

Perambulator, a British term for a baby carriage.
As for the torps, the new SISI changes are. . .
25% better RoF on all launchers, effectively upping DPS 33%.
1500m/s Velocity, 6 Seconds Flight time, giving 20km max range on a Typhoon and 30km on a Raven.
450m explosion radius.
Javelin and Rage have been changed as well, but I cba looking em up again.

You can (maybe, hard to download the damned patch) go to the test server, Singularity, to see them or go to the "Game development" forum and see the threads about the change.

Test server. But as it hasn't been announced, it is nowhere near final.
Most changes on test server get changed/dropped before bing implemented, no need to whine/praise this change, it's a waste of time until officially announced.
