And only 10 million in the corp wallet? Well, you've got battleships at least, so you'll probably be fine. Might want to eve mail their corp leader though. Probably just some PvPers looking for a random fight.

I think Static Elite is at least 4 years to late with the "we are merc and are hired by an anonumous client to attack your noob indy corp that has never had any impact on any market / region what so ever" walk.
At least stand up and say that you just want some easy kills for **** and giggles.

yours, i dont know if MC remembers but we have wardecced the same corp before, they go by
the name of the racketeers, was a good war, had to save an alts POS whos main was in MC
btw this guy lives 2 blocks from me, anyways enough talk about history, where were we?

It takes 24h to vote for a war dec and then another 24h until you can start fighting, so thats not the reason.
The reason is likely that you are a new corp with inexperienced players that will make little or no resistance so that the Static guys can get cheap kills and have a fun time ganking away.
Most likely they will approach you in a while with a ransom demand of a few hundred million isk to withdraw the war (as if any merc force would actually work under a "ransom clause").
It might very well be so that they have put a spy in your corp as well so that they can see where in space you are by using the in game tools for that.
Just stay docked for a while or create an alt to play on to make sure that they will get bored and try to find some other persons to gank instead. Don't make any resistance at all but just stay docked, logged off, play on alts or make sure you fit at least 2 stabs on all your ships that you have to expose and you will be safe enough so that they will not renew the next week.

Well there is only around Seven people in the corp (we have alts in there as well) We have 16 million in the wallet. A total of two BS's with (maybe 3, and these are all players not corp ships) The rest have anything from Frigates to a Destroyer. The "oldest" in the corp is Foobar (@ just over one month)
None of the corp has PvP exp. Nor T2 anything. (Hell I just found out you could reload all your missles at 1x last night)
So Basically here is what will happen. The corp will disolve. Except for 1 or 2 alts. We will spread everyone to other corps ...
Reason why we will do this is .. The guys in the corp are to green. Its one thing to get gate camped your first few weeks etc (can thieves yadda yadda) Its a bit to early to involve them in a war imo (tho you do have to learn eventually)

Uhmm yeah ok. 90% of the time this corp players are on, they are mining or running level 1-2 missions. None of them talk in Local Chat. They are by far to meek to stick thier heads in low sec.
So please stop blowing smoke and trying to make yourself sound like someone who is respectfull of what anyone thinks or says.

Its a shame for your Static People! Kill 4-6 Weeks old Player, thats Honorless! The Game is so Great but with People like you and your Corp. new Players will have it very Difficult to learn the Game love when the Killed before the have a Plan to Play!

If you're gonna wardec someone, at least wardec someone stronger than yourself with at least 10 plausible targets, - with your current wardec you'll get to shoot at maybe 1 to 2 frigates if you're lucky. I can't really seem to figure out what the point is?
I suggest you wardec us instead.

Well its funny, we were such n00bz we didn't even know that the war costs Static Elite money to wage.
So we have all picked skills that take us a few weeks to learn. And are hanging out in the stations.
Now I know this sounds like a chicken shiet way to go, but due to no one having t2 or any pvp skills in this early stage of the game for us. We thought maybe they would get bored. If not it will get expensive over the next few months for them. Because we really do have the patience to drag this out as long as need be.

First...Don't Panic!
Second....You can take the advise given and stay docked and/or make alts
OR
You can fight back!.....Nobody says you have to field uber expensive ships.
Why not grab a bunch of cheap frigs?.....Have everyone train for sensor dampeners...webifiers/warp scramblers...energy neutralizers and vampires.
You dont have to use 'the best named'...Just use standard cheap stuff.
Now go after them!....With all these little frigs loaded up with dampeners.neuts.webs,etc and with some planning your going to do some SERIOUS damage.
Even if you kill just ONE crusier and you all die...You won the isk part of the battle...All of your combined isk losses are LESS than the cost of that crusier and it's mods....Now do the math with a BC or a BS or even a HAC.
Think about it...If you took just 30mil out of your corp wallet and outfitted everyone with t1 frigs and mods, you'll have a hornets nest of ships at a cost of less than one BC
Besides...Even if you loose all the frigs and the war in general...You'll (1) only loose 30% of your corp wallet (2)It will give you valuable pvp XP (3) It will teach your corp members disipline and how to work as a team. Thus, making your corp work better in any profession in this game.
And the most important....
(3) It's just SO MUCH FUN! and about, oh I dunno, a BILLION times better than staying docked in a station.

I would agree with Buck here, Have some fun a war dec allows the easiest PVP there is. I remember when I was a member of the hellhounds alliance we did something similar, 11 t1 frigates of all races loaded with webs/scrams and turrets/luanchers, we lost two frigs but pulled down a tempest in the battle with a neighboring alliance. She was setup in a sniping position off the gate, we aligned and warped at range to land on top of her, about 25 seconds later we had her corpse and all her corp/alliance mates could only watch since they were all camping the gate.
This form of PVP gives your members the experiences and lessons you need. Many of the 11 pilots that were with me that night are still flying in the POFLI Squad today, only difference is we're better at it and we fly HAC's and Dictors.

STOP whatever you're doing! Stop listening to bad advise. Do what McFly said. These guys won't let a war against you go for long. DO NOT dissolve your corp! DO NOT sit docked in stations! Take that 16 mill and kit out frigates. Make sure you spread the fittings, warp scrams and webbers on different ships. (Being as noob as you claim, you won't have cap for both) Fly in groups and fight them. Seven of you can take down battlecruisers, tech 2 cruisers etc. They will feel the hurt sooner than you guys. You can always go back to mining or mission running in a week when the war is over. Don't get bullied, not in a stupid little game like this and not by spotty little 13 year old vir-gins!!!
