hello eve fan's,
i got a major issue at the moment.
when i patched the eve test server (in a other folder then the main) it also messed up my main even client.
when i startup my eve client i just get the picture of the rev ll after about 20 seconds that just goes away and notthing happens. by looking in my taskmanager i see that the exefile.exe is still running but doesn't use any cpu and hardly any memory.
i uninstalled my eve + my test server folder and reinstalled it by downloading the client version from the eve website. and the same problem is still there.
things i have done:
updated my nvidia drivers cleared all my eve related folders. rebooted a few times.
my system:
intel 3.2 ghz 1024 ddr2 ram nvidia 6600 gt (pci express) 128 mb ddr3 windows 2k prof sp4
i'm running out of ideas here not realy planning reformatting my system that will take me over 4 hours to do finding all the drivers and stuff.

Paste %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE in your explorers address bar for XP, %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE for Vista.
And delete cache and settings folder.

When you open/startup your Windows Explorer, you have an address bar that should say 'My computer' or 'My documents'. Like www.google.com in your browser.
Paste that link into that address bar and hit enter, you now see these two folders (and a history.txt file). Normally they are hidden and you need to change a settings to show them.
