This character comes with a positive balance, located in an NPC station in The Citidel (high-sec), with few assets, no kill rights, and a positive security status (+1.1).

SP: 19,404,929 (at the time of this post)
Assets: One rigged Ferox but thatÆs about itàthe rest is scattered fittings/frigates.
