My idea: Reduce the Myrmidon's powergrid by 400-450.
Why: Right now the problem is that it can fit a full dual-rep, injected, MWD + gun setup AND still have drones. It gets no gun bonus, so nerf the PG to bring it in line with the idea behind the Domi (Crippled PG, but versatility if you're smart and inventive). It's a drone boat with no turret bonus. Nerf the PG to remove it's ability to go all out gunboat without silly-huge skills and fitting rigs/mods (The Domi needs 'em).
Flame away...because that'll happen methinks.

You're 'nerf' doesn't address the almost insane level of dps the myri can do though. Which is more the probelm then it's tank, it's the dps more then the tank that makes the myri overpowered.
