I would take anyone with a willingness to learn new things, at the same time not too upity to change old habbits. EVERY corp has a different way of doing things... you may get someone you think would fit right in only to see you are sorely wrong.

Darth Solo - CELES (Want to hear him ****ed up on ts)
Lefevre - FE (cause he tried to kill me and made me a pirate instead)
Hardin - PIE (so he can clean my boots everyday)
Both allys and enemys, they are the ones I like and respect the most.
If psychopath didnt rip that kid off and screw people over Id like him in tundragon too, but i think he is better off acting the clown with skillz
