Hi,
Why can't i use the power of 2 offer? I cannot see it in "my account", and when i try to log in via the news on the frontpage i get an "username or password incorrect"?
Can somebody help? I reactivated my account on october 25th (or the 24th)..
*Update, when i try to go to my account, i get the login for "power of 2", and i can't sign in, i get the same error!!

Try filing a petition about it, likely under the billing section. I think it's a common problem but I haven't seen any fixes posted for it on the forums.

Ok, i have tried created a petition, but i cannot see it under my petitions? does that mean that it has'nt gotten answered or, that it did'nt go though?

I am having the same problem. I can sign into the game itself, and My Character on the web, but not into the Power of 2.
I will look into this petition thing now also....

Tried the petition thing and as posted here, it does not show up in My Petitions after it says it was accepted.
Anyways, I did find something out that may be helpful to anyone trying to get to the Power of 2 offer:
If you click on the Account Management button from the sign on screen for the game (Just under where you type your password to get into the game) it will open a web page and from there I was able to continue on to the Power of 2 and all other Account information that I could not get to from just the web pages.

Stumbled across this same thing myself three weeks ago, worked like a charm for me as well... and like those above, my petition was in invisble limbo. Finally got a response last week <eye-roll>

The Power of 2 is only for brand new accounts. This does not work if you start a trial account. You have to log into the site with your main. You should then have a link in your account page. If not then petition. Click on the link and it will create a new account. Like I said, you can't activate a trial account with it nor can you reactivate an existing expired account. It has to be a new account.

Tried this, it did'nt help.. I have filed a petition from the game (under help menu), and i can see it now, from the game and from the website, so now i wait.. but the offer expires november 4th.. How long does it take for a petition to get answered?

Hmmm, interesting.
If you go to the "My Account" Link
<---- over there
and log in via that, you can navigate to the power of 2 area and it works.

I have also had this problem. I noticed it in my IE based browsers, but when I opened firefox and tried I was able to log in and check out the details without a problem
