Hypothetical situation:
One of your many enemies in game keeps buying isk for your account with the intention of getting you banned. The GMs, impervious to reason and/or emotion, are breathing down your neck and demanding to know why a known seller has been sending you isk repeatedly. How would you go about trying to prove your innocence?

How pathetic do you have to be to spend RL money to beat your enemy? 
Just petition it when you see you got ISK from someone you don't know

I think if you block the seller, they can't transfer money to you anymore.
Beyond that, you'd just petition it when you wake up 1 bil heavier.

Petition it every time it happens as a precaution. Value your char/account, don't let the greed get you. Let the GMs know that you're receiving large amounts of isk out of the blue and that you want it investigated.
Who knows, maybe after they investigate and find no problems, you might even get to keep the isk...

I can't see how this would be a problem if you either don't spend the isk and petition it or send the isk back to the seller or one of your alts (to better manage your wallet) and petition it.
It's would make little sense to ban a supposed isk buyer who never actually spends any of the isk and has proof by way of transaction records and petitions to prove they want nothing to do with it.

I guess the self-petitioning would work if you can beat the GMs to it. I'll have to keep that in mind and not let greed get the best of me during my quest for intergalactic dominance

This is one further than paying cash to send isk.
Recently a ceo of a corp that we are in competition with "hacked" a friends account (they had a argument and had been sharing log in details, go figure) this guy that was "hacked" was podded back form 30+mil sp down to next to nothing and the only cash trasfare out of the billions this guy has is 50.8mil is sent to me.
Can i prove this happened? this guy was boasting about it but at the end of the day, no I cant. I cant go into details of what happened to me but im still in game but mighty fked off at him and the GMs
