I'm shakin' in my boots as I wait for a petition response I fear may be a standardized "we apologize but we cant do anything" letter.
Today after a mining op I was reprocessing the minerals and accidentally reprocessed my Battlecruiser (which had platinum insurance). I have only one million credits left, and now I have no BC and no insurance payment.
The worst part is that there was no confirmation about destroying my ship or anything... I slowly realized what happened when I opened my cargo hanger to sell of the minerals and found all the equipment off my ship!!!!
There needs to be a confirmation message for reprocessing ships!!!!
God I hope they can help me, I'm a new player (about two weeks) and now not only lost my BC but cant buy even a cruiser now.

There DO give back ships if you accidently trash them I know that much. BUT if you reprocess it you get a certain amount of minerals, whatever you do KEEP them, if you've sold them, they cant give you back your BC as you could have potenially profitted from it.
but if ya still have teh minerals they should be able to just take back the minerals and give you back your ship....dont hold me to that though :P

I really hope this isnt a begging letter. FIrst of all if your sitting in your bc u cant reprocess the ship your in. so u must have some sort of hauler. looting ship etc? so u do have a ship whatever it may be.
2nd if your 2 weeks old u can join a corp get a free ship. Most corps will give u a cruiser or crappy mining barge in return for mining for em.
3rd try your pettion see what happens.
4th run missions do whatever it takes to get isk back, even low level ones pay alot, or mine in a crap ship.
5th if your really desperate beg for isk and hope someone gives ya some and risk upsetting alot of people, eve hates beggars.

How do you accidentally reprocess your ship while you're reprocessing minerals? They're in different places.

There's an option to merge the ships and items hangers together.

If they don't refund at least you have the minerals from the BC.
Sell those and get yourself back in a cruiser to get more money.
