Empire <==> 0.0 routes are normally bubble camped, sometimes 24/7.
What ships can survive them?
The four famous ship types are interceptors and transport ships (using speed), covert ops (using cloaking and speed), and carriers which avoid them altogether.
Are there other ship types that can survive bubble camps
For example, can speed/agility fitted cruisers and assault frigates

Some speed fitted hacs would probably have a chance.

The best way to avoid a bubble camp is simple. Pod yourself to the other side. Probably not the answer you're looking for but it's true.

my rifter can do it. nano fitted with a wcs.
it's so small that your MWD overheated gets you to 6000 before your locked by a recon ship and BAM.
key word, you don't NEED but you should have and use overheating. ----------------------------------- I'm working my way through college target CCP need...more room... |

Theoretically, any ship with a cloak and mwd has a chance. A small one, but a chance, especially if the camp is busy with another target or not very competent, neither of which are factors you can rely on.
A lot also depends on the camp. I once ran a solo bubble in an unarmed Imicus with only a multispec ECM mounted (long story). Of course I'd be dead as doornails if it had been larger.
In the end, it's easier to just avoid bubblecamps. The main entrypoints are usually bubbled, but it's amazing how porous 0.0 really is if you're willing to take the time and go around. Maybe it takes 20 or 30 extra jumps, but you can avoid the camps with some planning and time.
Don't ever use your autopilot to go to 0.0 until CCP gives us better tools to manage routes. ;)

Vagabonds. Any of the 4 force recons.
A lot of ships can make it to the gate and jump back to the system they came from, but of course enemy ships will jump with them to tackle on the other side.

Force recon stand a good chance provided there's not a ton of debris around the gate... my rapier got me through a ton of bubble camps but then I hit the one with the debris field

vagas, various frigs ... basically anything you can fit for speed to reach the gate and jump back out in time before you get blown to pieces ... and anything can put on a cloak

The thing is, they all CAN survive but it's not something you'd want to bet cash on or cargo/implants. The surest way is using a Covert Ops frig or a carrier. I know you mentioned those but those are the only SURE (if you can ever be sure of anything, that is) way of doing it.

Pretty much anything that can go faster than 3km/sec can survive most bubble camps.

Well, a t1 fitted kestrel(mwd, hardners, wcs) can not, just tryed it Why I would fly such a thing into 0,0? just to make some lvl2 missions without falling into sleep.
only sad that the implants tribled the price tag of the kessi - oh well.

This is an interesting rule.
Is it true in all cases, or are there any caveats?

Most nanoships with cloaks and MWDs. Jump and stay in cloak. Click to celestial object. MWD and cloak then finally uncloak and warp :) --------- Technica impendi Caldari generis. Pax Caldaria!

Both my Sabre and Heretic can break 3k/s with T2 gear. You'd have to be very quick and lucky at 3k/s to escape either, especially the Sabre!
EDIT: Oh and if they have a Rapier / Huginn pilot with decent skills, your 3k/s isn't going to save you.

Hopefully the mods won't play with this one

Vagabond for sure. I personally jumped into a bubble, made 40km at full speed + heat and had less than 5% of my shield go in the process (it was camped by 20+ cruiser-sized ships)
The funny part is I stayed cloaked after the gate and I saw a lot of red cruisers jump with me and warp out everywhere to catch me. :) 2isk

the entrypoints to 0.0 are usually easy to escape. make it back to the gate and you re set. this trick is doable by nearly any speedfit ship if the others dont have a really fast locking huginn or something like that.
most dangerous are the 15+ au gates off the next celestial object in systems you ve never been to. a bubble 40km off the gate with a tackler at the warp in can ruin lots of days. (hint: deplet your cap and hope you drop out of warp before you get to the gate for a scan)
