no they dont, they did not stop the nos nerf.
i hope they nerf the carriers, since they suck
a singel Bs should be able to take down a carrier solo, if its in gun range.

Read the stickies in the EIP.
They've backed off in the face of the whiners but only for a while, they're still going to make changes, but not for 3 months or more.

ccp decided not to go ahead with the 5 fighter limitation
but
they are still nerfing the logistics and support roles

Yes, a battleship should be able to annihilate a capital ship that costs 10 times what the battleship does (before fittings) and takes 25 times as long to train for.
This makes perfect sense.
