Is it going to be done for real? CCP bowing again to silly carebears that insist ferrying valuables around in paper thin ships, not having any risks vs their rewards and promoting further skillessness?
I somehow day by day lose my appeal to play more and more... The sheer brutal and unexpected and non-concentual violence is what makes Eve Eve and day by day all these silly changes are ruining it more and more. One day it is not Eve anymore but a space based WoW. I tell you: I did not sign up for that.
The day I won't be able to gank some industrial in high sec and suicide run it, Eve shall be ruined. Not because I would be doing it constantly but it is innatural just like these silly car racing games where after driving into wall 300km/h there is not one single scratch on the car. It just is not realistic or how it should be.

All the talk is is whiny newbies crying about losing their ships while autopiloting though highsec, when there are many ways to avoid suicide ganks, most notably not autopiloting.
I have not heard any actual changes to the system from CCP.

i think the only thing changed was a boost to concord in the last patch, i would hope that there is nothing else since it will want to make people never leave high sec, which in turn they never lose stuff which hurts the economy

stop being a carebear then. You are absolutely correct that BoB and Goonswarm are going to kiss and make up if you can no longer suicide gank in empire. We all know that your pathetic attempts at ganking tech I haulers in Empire is such a massive part of Eve's economy.

never happened to me but imho ... i'm glad you agree that eve should be brutal. so i think they should make it brutal for all and remove the insurance payment if killed by concord.

I agree with one of the above.
highsec ganking is a pirate carebear action.
it's hella fun, and I have been known to go crazy with a few friends and make alts for ganking in jita, but insurance makes this act cost nothing for the pirate, neither party should be safe.
