Edited by: Xenoguile on 27/02/2004 01:49:39 Well I want to get into a little bit of NPC combat... I love the idea of gettin isk for killing rats...
Is there a general rule of thumb to do so that I can be more likly to find very lows or lows? or do they come always mixed? like a few lows and a medium?
Are there agent missions I should be doing for those kinds of things?
Also do you get to choose when you go from Agent level 1 to 2 or 3?
When your using a level 3 can you still get level 1 missions from a level 1 agent?
Im very new so there may be a few things I am not quite getting right. Heh.
Thanks.

Yeah, there are a lot of "kill" agent missions. Keep in mind that you do get the bounty attached to mission rats, but not the security status increases. (This is supposedly changing soon.)
You get to move up to higher level agents when your standing is high enough. To find out, check the corporation's info, under the agent tab. You'll find a list of agents available to you. However, just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Make sure you're in a good ship with good combat tactics before you move up. The level 2 agents will throw some tough ships at you. Usually involving missiles. Lots and lots of fast-firing, unlimited missiles. :)
You certainly *can* go back and do level 1 missions when you've been using a level 3 agent, but if you're advanced enough to be using level 3, I don't know why you'd want to since the kills would be way too easy, and the rewards very weak.

seeing that you are Minmatar then you could go and work for the Republic fleet you should get about 80% kill missions and about 20% courier, buy the connection skill get it to lvl3 and you should be into lvl2 agents quite quickly. Hope this little bit of info helps

Thanks for the info guys.
As a side note. Rats have Unlimited ammo? Thats kinda lame.

Yep, you just work for the navy agent.

If you can't or don't want to do good AI for the NPC's, give them insane stats.
Edit: typos ----- Sable's Ammo Shop at Alentene 5, Moon 4, Duvolle Laboratories Factory. Ammo at affordable prices. |
