I put in Resistance: Fall of man and think "Cool, finally a game where you don't play as a yank, it'll make a nice change to be able to play as a Brit for once" ...sigh EVE RELATED PLACEHOLDER

I mean no offence to Americans, I love you all but please stop being the hero of every book/game/film/everything sometimes, let the rest of the world have a hero. I'm a big fan of M:TG and other collectable card battling games and was looking to get this game for the PS3, There was a similar game for the Gizmondo which used augmented reality, you'd place special cards down and they would represent different parts of a tower or fort and then you'd launch attacks on the enemies' forts from yours, it was pretty cool. Motorstorm is lovely to look at, but i found it distinctively souless. Super Stardust, yeah, bloody marvelous game. Flow - i just like it, very peaceful, not much substance, but i's just lovely. Warhawk - actually pretty good, though you'll die a lot to begin with, persevere and its the ps3's battlefield type game. To be honest, there aint much worth owning on the ps3 at the moment, but there is stuff coming that may be. Metal gear 4 and online Wipeout HD (8 player online racing ftw) GT5 (lots of ancillary content by manufacturers, but rumour is you'll have to pay extra for it) Haze All in all, ps3 has been a let down since launch, can only hope things take an upturn soon, or my 60gb version will be getting a guest slot on ebay...

(and watch em, lol) PLUS virtual console retro gaming is THE REASON i bought that machine (and the low price compared to other systems) i still spend most time on the PC anyways when I play solo, so... i've had nearly all videogame consoles existing up to the xbox and ps2, portables inclusive... but i am not willing to pay half of what i gain in a month for the sucking PS3... i'll consider getting it when it costs 1/4 of what it costs now. edit: oh and...
