The name of this player g5jn4eeeerhje and he's in Doomhiem (the corporation where dead players go to).
Probably a forum bug or exploit.
How do I know this? I looked up his character ID in the EVE Browser.

I once had character get stuck deleting proeprly because it was director in my corp when I terminated it had to get gm's to fix it, never did test to see if it would let me post with the half dead character though.
only other thing I can think of is he created a posting page where he changed the charid onit cause it might not check if that char id is still live on your account.
