Looking for Gallente char with atleast command ship t2 heavies..drone interfacing 5...med t2 turrets....will do char + isk if your char isnt up to par to mine

He can fly every Minmatar PVP Non-capital ship except interceptors and dictors (recons will be done by end of auction and commandships are a mere day or two away) And if you wanted too train for dictors or interceptors they're both only a week and a half away!
And if you wanted too get into capials he's a hairsbreath away from using capitals with BS 5, Spaceship Command 5, Warp Drive Operation 5, Mechanic 5, Hull Upgrades 5, Repair Systems 5, Large Projectile 5, and Advanced Weapon Upgrades 5. All he needs is the capital and jump drive skills themselves too be able too jump in and use all the mods (siege mod, capital guns, capital repper, capital remote repper)
