I've scanned using snoop probes from every planet, and the entire system with Multispectrum Probes, but I haven't found anything. I read some earlier posts that said that scanning for COSMOS locations is bugged- is this still the case?
Necronomicon Caldari KIA Corp KIA Alliance	Posted - 2007.10.29 11:47:00 - [2] from my hazy recollection of doing the Amarr COSMOS, the plantation gate is in or near an asteroid belt in one of the cosmos systems in that area. KIA - When cowbell isn't enough.

I think your best bet is using the on board scanner when near every planet and asking in local for clear indications, usually the Cosmos location are near one of the moons in system an you can find someone in system that know the right location.

Should I be using the scanner or snoop probes? I've tried both and had no luck, but should I be focusing on one or the other? The guide posted by says to use snoop probes- is this correct? or are there better probes to use(will Fathom work for this?) Is the location random or should I focus somewhere? Also someone in this thread: http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=323809 mentions something about needing a GM to reset the mission- could this be needed? Thanks for all the help!
