i have been buying and selling time cards for about 2 mounts now and because my tractions have been so large like 2.4 or 2.5 Billion evey mounts CCP has take all my isk. if CCP would look close at my tranactions and eve mails thay would see what thay have done is Frad. and iligal to do. i have bought Tiem cards from RubyFam Inc. and BattleClinic for a wile now. I all so have all my recitps form eveone one of thoues sell. CCP has a medd up way of showing epeatuion to there players. Brian Keith

Except that as of Sept 19, 2007, as stated in this post, GTC trades outside of the secure system are no longer legal.
Sorry, but awareness of company policy is the customer's responsibility, especially when they post it.

this is not atout the dang spelling but wipes!!! it about right and wrong. CCP tell all of us one thing and dose another. im being punshed for doing the right thing in game. whene so many are doing the wromg things. like buying isk. and if you can say any thing nice than dont say any thing at all:)

In my opinion its the best they could do cause gtcs are allready far to expensive.
Lots of people just waiting for cheap gtcs just to take them and make em more expensive.
If ccp dont allow that gtcs will be cheaper to buy for isk.
Thats good in my opinion.

Dude, stop whining... If you had taken the time to read the policy for selling and buying GTC cards there wouldn't be a problem. If you are selling or buying them the illegal way, they more than have the right to punish you. Thank god they do that otherwise having those rules wouldn't make much sense would they?
GTC selling/buying is only legal through account services on your account page.
