Hauler Caught with illegal fittings

Officers Easy Kill, Twyce Nyetlee and Tymaul were on station patrol when they intercepted Nisou974 undocking an Iteron class industrial. A ship scan exhibited an illegitimate use of a Civilian Shield Booster and Small Tractor beams without the proper permits.
The offender attempted to evade officers and henceforth the full extend of the law was brought down on him. He has been arrested and taken in for questioning.
Update: A first time offense for Nisou974 he was released with a warning.

I got to see these guys in action down in Aranir, and I was amazed that there was more than eating donuts and sipping coffee going on. They make concord look like big pussies, these guys are the real deal.

Pod pilot Xyclaw was today apprehended unlawfully making travel into a low security without proper permits. Xyclaw did not respond to requests by Honorary Officer Benvolio GrrrKrishnakk to view appropriate identification credentials and so the felons ship was terminated.
On reflection of ship logs Xyclaw was also found to be in possession of a ship blueprint, and was fined 500 isk. He is to be remanded in custody until a trial date is set.
