How bout new social skills like bribery; decreasing war dec costs.
Or some other skills to increase the number of active wars a corp can declare.
we empire mercs need some boost :)

Mercs? No, you mean pirates who don't want to pay it. While the alliances in 0.0 can just have more and more wardecs. Yeah, right, lets allow pirates to just war dec more corps for cheaper in high sec so they can make more money greafing people at a "cheaper" cost.
I think not...

Alliance P was not really nerfed.. more like stabbed to death with the nerf bat itself which was very unfortunate

You've just provided your own opinion here, and no validation to why empire wars are a bad thing.
EVE is a sandbox, if you want only one way of playing, go back to WoW.

I personally think that the current system to war's is good enough and doesn't need a change or a set of skill's associated with it. As for a skill to reduce cost's, there is absolutley no need. War isn't supposed to be cheap.

As well as free carrier/MOM blobs, free 90 man gate camps, free fleet engagements over skirmish gangs and a free dose of your will to live being flushed down the toilet. where do I sign up?
