Clone Vat Bay - Who's in my trailer?

There could be a way to do this already that I simply haven't found yet, so do throw me that if you know of it ... I'd just rather not have someone who is initially blue, then becomes extremely red having a clone in my ship ..

I'm pretty sure that you have to invite ppl to use your clone bay individually, and that person has to be within 5000m of your ship... and in a gang with you... so how can you get a red in your clone bay, unless pilot error and if you are making an error like that should you be piloting a ship that has a Clone Vat Bay? and from what I remember you can see who has a clone... edit Having reread the OP... I'm not too sure what happens when you remove the module... I have only got clones and had ppl jump to me in the same session, going to have to do some experimenting...

I think if you read it the situation is thus: Pilot A is friendly and sets up a clone in the clone vat. Subsequently, Pilot A sleeps with the CEOs wife, and a KOS is declared against him, his cookie ration is revoked and he is ejected from the corp. And made red.
