The 5% bonus from the ship skill at lvl5 now completely negates the -25% penalty of fitting the mwd unlike how it is in TQ now. edit: btw1:base cap on vindi on sisi atm is 6330 -> 7912 with skills btw2:if noone else noticed, this is a buff to the thorax as well (the way the bonus works now)

If the bonus has been changed to be normal cap with MWD fitted at level 5, then the Vindy now has more cap base than it did with Gallente BS V and a MWD before.
