1x Heavy NOS
1x Heavy Energy Neutrolizer
Med:
1x X-Large Shield Booster II
1x Heavy Capacitor Booster II
1x Web
1x Scram 24km
4x Multispectral ECM II
Low:
2x Magnetic Field Stabalisers II
2x Signal Distortion Amplifier II (ECM strength mod)
Rigs:
2x Capacitor Recharge
1x ECM strength
This setup is rly fun to fly.
Requires high SP to do damage and sustain cap but its worth it. Need player skill to use efficiently as well. Pretty high surviviability as u can ussually run away when u r going down or u see his friends coming.
Fit racial jammers if u know your target.
Wins 1vs1 over any Megathron or Tempest (not ECCMed of course, but who fits them anyway).

Ummmm, how do you actually, you know, keep up with or catch anything.
Given that the Scorpion is the slowest, least manouverable BS in the game?

TBH, I've found that most people get in your grill of their own initiative. And once they're webbed and you're not - its not so hard. ;-)
