So not only is this player leaving, but you are kicking them out even faster by flaming him/her.
Given CCP is a bit hard up for subs, why is this even allowed on the forums? You would think it to be a bannable offense because it utimately hits CCP in the wallet.
A kind word may keep an unhappy player. Sometimes they just need to vent and see that others understand their point of view.
Upon observation my question is, why is the douchebaggery in this forum community so prevelant and why do the mods allow it? it makes for a terrible atmosphere. |

1. player is already leaving, and by giving the main reasons for leaving encourages other to leave as well, I would think that CCP takes a dimmer view of this than those who flame him and are therefore defending the game.
2. A kind word may keep an unhappy player? really? Assumption that I see it as he does is not confirmed.
3. This is EVE, a cold harsh universe, filled with sharp edged ponies. expect this to be reflected in the forum.
4. Because, and this is the main reason; it's funny. It may not be nice, but lolz have been had.

Mainly because of the petulance displayed by the OP and the arrogance that his 5 accounts somehow have any significance. We need less idiots playing this game. Who says CCP are hurting for subs anyway.

Yes, this is so true. The reason is Internet Anonymity.
The players who do this have gotten away with it for so long that they not only believe this is acceptable behavior, they also encourage others to do the same. Unfortunately this sub forum channel (General Discussion) is known for this type of behavior. Over the years this problem has gotten worst due to lack of forum moderation and community members allowing this to escalate by not using the report option..
There are still a few community members who actually contribute helpful informative replies, but they rarely post on the forums anymore.
Please don't judge Eve Online by this. |

Bearing in mind that Incarna 1.0 produced the notion of WiS with a trailer designed around commerce and politics amongst capsuleers I'd recommend you keep an ear to the ground for EVE, it might be that something completely and totally unrelated to WiS will give you a reason to re-sub.
Other than that you'll likely be coming back anyway when that branch of EVE development expands to include a more effective WiS experience within EVE.
