i know i just was thinking this for a while and i was wondering what you other guys would say about this...
you know everyone moans of the carriers/motherships with so many drones/fighters...
and that allocating drones/fighters to people who are flying other ships...
maybe let other people in the carrier e.g. 3 people... u get 5 fighters per person still in the same ship... still only the main pilot has to have carrier skill to fly it.. but the other 2 have to have the fighter skill...
The mothership because it can have what like 25? im not sure
but it could work out the same way.. 5 people in the same ship.. same as before main pilot and secondary people inside just controlling 5 fighters...
now its just a wacky crazy wierd idea but its just a thought...
and just wondering what the public would think of my wacky thoughts.

Another thing to add would be.
main pilot - controls all modules on the ship. drones/fighters.
secondary pilots - fighters.

CCP is not going to plan, code, test, and release a new feature (multiple pilots) because of a balance issue with a ship class. If they had ever slated this game for multiple ship pilots they would implement it in such a way it that it effects most game content.
Furthermore this idea has been proposed repeatedly, generally to a lukewarm if not hostile reaction.

Its not a bad idea tbh, but it wud probably just have to be restricted to carriers and MOMs.... shame it would be an absolute ***** to code for though...
