Tho im willing to loose all my tank. This ship should not be on top of the line then. Dissapointed. I thought MLU 5 will cut inaff of cpu so i can fit the ship but seems not. All options i have is some meta items and its isk sink. /me has head full of implants already. And i love to play with one char and no jumpclones so thats no option. YEah rigs but if any i would fit for cargo space.

Or implant There is one for turrets and for launchers but i dint find any for mining. LOL it makes me sad and mad at same time. Uber ship for ice minig nad u cant max it out cause u have 2,70 of CPU missing
Lostshadow Chaos Incarnate.	Posted - 2007.10.31 14:47:00 - [6] Gypsy KMB implants increase the cpu of all ships you fly. The KMB-50 is enough to allow you to fit 2 MLU2's. Even then the only way to fit a tank is to use rigs to passive tank.

Maulcra	Posted - 2007.10.31 19:42:00 - [8] Fit Mackinaw with two T2 ice harvestors and two T2 ice harvesting upgrades, but leave one offline. Undock. Online second T2 ice harvesting upgrade. Go mine ice with the best of them!

Undocking with one offline is a bug/exploit and shouldn't work. Selling PERFECT PRINTS of all seeded T1 BPO: modules, rigs, drones, ammo and ships (2 ships missing), and most capital modules too! Also any INVENTED T2 BPC and max run invention prints in bulk!

Lostshadow	Posted - 2007.11.01 11:07:00 - [11] The problem with using the highwall HY implants is that they use slot 10. This is normally used for either a mining foreman mindlink or the yeti implants to reduce cycle time. Thats why most people stick with the KMB implants to get the needed CPU. If you're trying to squeeze on 2 MLU2 then you are trying to minimise your cycle time and will probably either have the yeti implant already or be wanting one in the future. And btw, above I said you need the KMB-50 as that is what you need with mining upgrades 4 which is the prerequisit for the MLU2.

What else i train to be perfect and find out not working? And later from petition i find out its known issue!. Thanks CCP Sure i can shove all sorts of implants into my head. But then i have 2 upgrades and still im short of any tank. And then it looses point to train to max skills.

Sor Prius	Posted - 2007.11.15 22:42:00 - [14] My answer was to sell my Mackinaw and buy a Hulk. 3 IH2 and 2 IHU2 plus a decent tank, no implants or rigs, and its close to the same price (110m vs 100m where I am). Plus you can use the Hulk for other ore, meaning one less ship you need. Good news is I put in a petition for the same thing and they said that was the way it was supposed to work. If you got them actually looking at the CPU numbers that'll be great, Mackinaw is about 20% faster harvesting than my Hulk, but of course the Hulk's great big hold does work wonders when harvesting solo. To be able to fit two tech 2 ice upgrades you have to get rid of ALL your mid slots (so a corp mate watching the belt like a hawk as well as being warp aligned is a must) then you just fit the tech 2 Ice mining lasers, and the two tech 2 ice mining upgrades and undock. Online the 2nd Ice mining upgrade and your good to go. However every time you get back in the ship, you have to reonline the upgrade. Whether at a POS, stored in a hulk or in a station. It happens this way every time, but it does work. gets you roughly 4 blocks every 4 minutes if you have the right bonuses and mining skills.
