What is the value of a moon in a good high sec location, i.e. in a caldari system with cheap offices, an ice belt, 0.5 sec and close to Jita?
Or in other words how much would you pay for such a moon (just the moon, without POS), given that essentially all moons are already covered?

Basically free,
But this depends on how badly you want a moon.
Find a corp with few members, war dec and roll up to their pos and kill it.

I wondered if it would be profitable to sell the moon after I'm done with rolling up to a POS and killing it.

It's probably worth a bit less than whatever it would cost to have the tower removed by a small merc corp. However, that's ONLY if you're in a very small number of systems, like Kaunokka. Anywhere else, there's free moons for the taking.

Only 4997 systems to go....
According to Oveur, existing LSAA's already anchored will stay there.

Hey Hinter. I wouldn't pay a dime for something that anyone can take from you once you have purchased it. Plenty of really good moons out there untouched and waiting for some love. I found 3 in my first day of scanning and now have 3 POSes mining them. =)

Uh, we're along way from running out of moons.... a looong loong way. I mean maybe if you wanted one of those systems and didn't want to just take it with brute force, which is fairly easy.
