How old is that? I tried tanking CONCORD with a carrier on Sisi, didn't last very long

That's the great thing with eve-files, you can get a list off all files in a single directory( or whatever you wanna call it). Did some looking around and the date said 06-11-13. Which is pretty close to( or possibly the release date of) revelations I. And early '05 would be impossible the first capitals( dreads and freighters for those who weren't around back then) weren't introduced untill july '05.

An old corp mate of mine tanked concorde in an Abbadon a few months ago. He got interviewed by either Eon or eve tv for it ( can't remember which one ).

yeah when carriers and dreads first came out they had nowhere near the hp they have today, they got seriously buffed with one of the patches but cant remember which one

Oh yeah, go and make it even more of an option to drop a carrier when someone's Cruiser gets attacked in lowsec or something lame like that.

As someone who's generally "anti cap-ships: online", it was a necessary and logical change.

u cant tank concord now. 2 reason
1 they have been buffed to hell with dps
2 they instaneuk the cap so u cant acutaly tank anymore.
ps... how did u get a dread in to high sec on sisi?

You could still tank CONCORD up until the last patch where they upped the damage by 10x and added cap drain. They still only deal kin/therm damage though, so if you can manage to time your cap injections perfectly you may be able to keep a single sieged rep running for a period of time with stacked kin/therm resists.
As far as capitals in high sec, Chribba already had the dread there, but they are also seeded on the market (on sisi)
As an example of the current dps/cap drain:
1 unit of agression: link (vlc player)
Multiple agression: link (vlc player)

That was chribba.....Back when dreads first came out you could build them in high sec and you could warp around with them as long as you didnt agress. You could jump out with them as long as it wasnt to another high sec system and once you did you were out for good (as jumping back in would get you dukoned)
Chribba had a revelation called the "Veldnought" and it was fitted with mining lasers and he would mine that system with it
